1. How do I measure my dog for a harness or collar?

We include a detailed sizing guide on each product page. You’ll need to measure your dog’s neck circumference and chest girth. If you’re in between sizes, contact us at info@bullyion.com and we’re happy to help with a recommendation.

2. What if my dog is between sizes?

We generally recommend sizing up for comfort, especially if your dog is still growing. All our harnesses and collars are adjustable for a custom fit.

3. Do you offer free returns and exchanges?

Yes! We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the size isn’t right or the product doesn’t suit your dog, we’ve got you covered.

4. What materials are your products made from?

We use only premium, pet-safe materials, including:

For your reassurance all our harnesses are lined with our unique Softcell® padding technology known for its: ultra softness , quick drying properties as well as being odour & UV resistant, they are made to a very high quality standard so it is fit for purpose and very durable

5. Are your harnesses escape-proof?

Our harnesses are designed to be secure when properly fitted.
While no harness is 100% escape-proof, our metal buckles & clasps are specifically designed for dogs that tend to slip out of regular harnesses.

6. How do I clean the harness, collar,or lead?

Most of our products can be:

  • Hand-washed with mild soap and warm water
  • Air-dried flat

Please check the care label on the product or the product page for any specific instructions.

7.Are your leads/leashes chew-proof?

No lead/leash is completely chew-proof.
Our leads/leashes are built for strength and durability but we recommend supervising your dog and keeping gear out of reach when not in use.

8. Can your harnesses be used in the car?

All our harnesses are compatible and suitable for travel restraint, use together with our All Action Adjustable Traffic lead in order to safely tether your dog in your vehicle .

9. Do you offer bundles or matching sets?

Yes! Most harnesses, collars, and leads/leashes come in matching styles and colours. Look for the Bundles tab at the top of the home page.

10.Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

11. Do you offer gift packaging?
