Mainland United Kingdom & Northern Ireland

All non personalised items are shipped on a next working day delivery service for FREE by Royal Mail or DHL.

All personalised items are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days for FREE by Royal Mail or DHL.

Please Note:

Next Day Delivery UK Orders placed between 12pm on Friday and 12pm on Monday are delivered on Tuesday.

Next Day deliveries to BT postcodes and other UK islands can take up to 48 hours longer than expected at peak times.

Delivery times are an estimation provided by the courier, they are not able to 100% guarantee these delivery times.

If your orders are placed within specific UK national holiday periods your delivery will take longer than expected.

USA & Worldwide (Excluding Europe)

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so please be aware that recipients may have to pay import duty/tariffs or other taxes to our delivery partners before they can release your order to you.

USA & Worldwide (Excluding Europe) shipments up to (5 KG) will incur a charge of £19.95 or the equivalent in your local currency, delivery timeframes are between 2-5 working days, Shipped by Fed-Ex or DHL Express

If you order up to three items we will only charge you one shipping fee for £19.95 or the equivalent in your local currency.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox. Our couriers may deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Undelivered parcels

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered we will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping cost.
You will be notified to advise when the refund has been processed.

Refusal of parcels

If you refuse to accept a parcel after you have ordered it you will be liable for the return costs and any other costs that we have incurred in fulfilling your order.
