RETURNS POLICY, REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not, just fill in the form in the Returns Portal below, submit it within 14 days from the day following delivery of the goods. A member of our customer services team will come back to you within 48 hours.
Once in receipt of the returned item/s we will inspect them and if all is acceptable we will refund them less the outbound shipping costs unless the item/s were faulty or we shipped them incorrectly.
It is important that any unwanted item/s is returned in FULL in its original condition.
We would expect this to mean: - Items are returned in their original packaging and in original condition - It is undamaged and unused with all, if applicable, pieces intact and enclosed.
We do not exchange products, in this scenario you will be refunded for your return and you would need to purchase again.

If you are returning goods due to a fault or incorrect item/s being sent on the part of Bullyion International Ltd, we will provide you with a shipping label once you have completed and submitted the form below, our customer services team will be in touch.
We will refund the purchaser with the price paid for the goods on receipt of the returned item.
If the faulty item constituted the entire order or if all items delivered were faulty or damaged or the incorrect item/s were shipped, the original delivery charge will be repaid.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so please be aware that recipients may have to pay import duty/tariffs or other taxes to our delivery partners before they can release your order to you.
