Mainland UK & Northern Ireland

All non personalised items are shipped on a next working day delivery service for £3.99 by Royal Mail.

All personalised items are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days for £3.99 by Royal Mail

For BT post codes & post codes in remote areas of England, Scotland & Wales shipping costs maybe more expensive than the above quoted rates depending on your specific location, these will be portrayed at check-out to give you complete transparency before you complete your purchase.

Please Note:

Next Day Delivery UK Orders placed between 12pm on Friday and 12pm on Monday are delivered on Tuesday.

Next Day deliveries to BT postcodes and other UK islands can take up to 48 hours longer than expected at peak times.

If you order up to three items we will only charge you one shipping fee for £3.99 for non personalised items and £3.99 for personalised items.

Delivery times are an estimation provided by the courier, they are not able to 100% guarantee these delivery times.

If your parcel is delivered later than expected we cannot cover the cost of shipping and you cannot claim for late arrival.

USA & Worldwide (Excluding Europe)

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so please be aware that recipients may have to pay import duty/tariffs or other taxes to our delivery partners before they can release your order to you.

USA & Worldwide (Excluding Europe) shipments up to (5 KG) will incur a charge of £19.95 or the equivalent in your local currency, delivery timeframes are between 2-5 working days, Shipped by Fed-Ex or DHL Express

Please ensure your correct full shipping address is entered when ordering on our website as our delivery system relies on accurate customer data in order to expedite your shipment without additional delays and costs.

How will i know my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox. Our couriers may deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Undelivered parcels
Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered we will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping cost.
You will be notified to advise when the refund has been processed.

Refusal of parcels
If you refuse to accept a parcel after you have ordered it you will be liable for the return costs & and any other costs that we have incurred in fulfilling your order.
